It's so easy! Just download the file and save on your computer. Open in Microsoft Word and edit the text with your information. Then just print and cut the cards at the printed guide lines around the edge of your paper. It's best to use plain paper for a trial print before using your cardstock. Print as many cards as you need for your event.

Suggested Paper and Paper Size-
Cardstock #80 or more, 8 1/2" x 11", white is the best so it doesn't alter the color of the image.

Edit the text with your information and then re-save the file as a docx or pdf depending on what your printer needs. Your files can be saved as a pdf in Microsoft Word 2007 and newer.
Due to the differences in monitors, printers and ink, there may be a slight difference in the color of your downloaded files.
