My watermark...... no one hates that watermark (A.J.'s Prints) across the front of the images more than me! Unfortunately, it's a necessary evil. It will not be on the front of cards or prints that you purchase :-) My images are copyrighted images and they're not to be taken or linked to on other sites. A.J's Prints (A.J.'s Graphics) will still retain the copyright to any images or graphics that you purchase. I do have downloadable images for you to purchase for your projects at my sister site, www.ajsgraphics.com  Now, on to the questions.

Prints

1. What type of paper do you use?

Our prints are printed on premium paper using UltraChrome pigmented inks. Fade-resistant photos lasting up to 200 years under glass or 300 years in a photo album.

2. What sizes are your prints?

The prints are printed at the size listed on the item page. Our 8.5" x 11" have a small border around the edge with the image being a true 8" x 10" which will make it easier to matte.

Cards

1. What type of paper do you use for your cards?

Our cards are printed on heavy weight white matte card stock with UltraChrome ink.

Pendants

1. Are you pendants waterproof?

Due to the materials used in making the pendants, it's not recommended to wear them during swimming or bathing.

2. What is the material in the chain or bail?

We use silver plated bail and chain at this time.

Payment

1. What forms of payment do you require?

Payment can be made by credit card, or check using PayPal. If you pay for your purchase with an echeck, item(s) will ship when the check has cleared, usually 3 or 4 days.

Shipping

1. How do you ship my order?

We ship using the US postal service. We pack carefully so that your item will arrive in the best condition possible.

2. What do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is a flat rate of $3.00 whether you purchase 1 item or more and will be shipped by regular mail! If you need your item shipped quickly, please email for a quote before you make your purchase. I will email you with the total and a newly revised invoice for you to pay.

3. Do you ship out of the United States?

Not at this time.
